We at the Swabhiman Foundation think that every dream should have the opportunity to come true. Regretfully, millions of people from disadvantaged backgrounds do not have the financial means or opportunities to realise their full potential. We fill that gap with our project, “We Find and Fund.”
What is "We Find and Fund"?
Many grassroots groups and people pursuing social change find it difficult to obtain the funding they require. Our “We Find and Fund” program aims to spot such potential and give them the money, guidance, and encouragement they require to be successful. We help close the gap between promise and success, whether it’s for a community-driven project, a small rural business, or an aspirant student.
How We Find the Right Beneficiaries
To find people and projects that require funding, our staff regularly surveys the neighbourhood, works with neighbourhood organisations, and speaks with local leaders.
Our top priorities are:
- Scholarships and Education: Encouraging students from disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue higher education.
- Employment & Skill Development: Supporting programs for vocational training to assist people in obtaining long-term employment.
- Women Empowerment: Supporting self-help organisations and female entrepreneurs in launching or growing their enterprises.
- Healthcare & Medical Aid: Offering monetary support to underserved households for their essential medical requirements.
- Sustainable Community Projects: Assisting programs that prioritise rural development, clean water, and environmental preservation.
How We Fund?
The Swabhiman Foundation raises money via crowdsourcing initiatives, corporate collaborations, and kind gifts. Every rupee that is donated directly changes lives. By providing our contributors with regular updates on the impact of their gifts, we guarantee total transparency.
